At Lio, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we offer returns within 21 days of your order date.

How to Return or Exchange

Pack Your Items: Carefully pack the items you wish to return in their original condition. Make sure all tags, packaging, and accessories are included.

Ship It Back: Once your return is authorized, ship your items back to us at the address provided in your return authorization. Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process: After we receive the returned items, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees). Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us. We’ll send the new item to you once we receive the returned one in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.

Additional Information

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
